This Shipping Policy is issued by Jeepney X, Inc. and is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). By placing an order with Jeepney X, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. Jeepney X reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
All confirmed orders are processed within 3–5 business days except for electric bus (E-Bus) units, which require a lead time of 40–65 days for production, inspection, and delivery preparation.. Shipping fees are calculated based on the item’s weight, size, and delivery location. Customers will receive notifications once their orders have been shipped, along with tracking details provided by our accredited logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination.

Jeepney X currently offers nationwide delivery within the Philippines. We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier issues, or government-imposed restrictions. In cases of damaged, delayed, or lost shipments, customers must report the issue within 48 hours for verification and resolution.
